The History of BRS Inc.

I, Brian Smith have been around and in the remodeling business for over 20 years!!! I started B.R.S. in 1991 on my own, and in 1996, I formed it into a Corporation, BRS Inc..

I feel we are one of the very few remodeling companines that only has employees performing the installation, they do this for quality consistency. I believe in paying my employees well, including full benefits, by the hour versus "piece work" so I know they are performing their best work. I believe that is why my employees have stayed with me for so long.

We perform around 50‰ new construction and 50‰ remodels. The new construction are only top quality builders from around the area that have excellent reputations and build upscale houses. We offer vinyl and steel siding, soffit, fascia, window and door wraps, gutters, roofs, windows, and doors. Once we start a job, we don't leave the job until it is completely done! I inspect every job site, then I sit down with the hokeowners and hand out the warranty information, answer any questions and collect the due balance, and I leave knowing that the homeowners are happy and confident that if any problems arise, that their is a lifetime warranty as long as the original homeowners are still occupying the household.

We normally service about 140 to 150 homes a year, with 4 crews going. I feel that this size keeps the quality under excellent control. If you choose BRS Inc., I will try to keep things going as smooth as possible, (weather etc. permitting).

I take alot of pride in my business knowing that quality is the key for both the homeowner and myself.
